City of Norfolk's Park and Trails Master Plan Published
The comprehensive Park and Trails Master Plan (13.5MB) has been published with a significant amount of history, current conditions, trends, future options, and suggested recommendations for future implementation. The report uses the numerous survey responses to help formulate a series of recommendations that can be implemented over a 10-20 year time frame with some short term suggestions within 1-3 years.
