Master Plan Summary Report for Task 1 & 2 Completed

NorthFork Riverwalk Development Project completed another significant milestone by releasing the HDR Engineering Inc. final report on Tasks 1 and 2 of the overall Master Plan effort.     Just thinkin...a stage of sorts that comes out over the river. You could hold "RiverDances" during events downtown instead of using parking lots for street dances like is currently done. Or you could use it as a stage and have concerts and call it "Rockin On The River", kind of a play off of Columbus' "Rockin On The Runway."

    I've been to the Riverwalk in San Antonio and honestly, Norfolk has a lot to do before this can become a reality.
